Our original manufacturing facility at Bagnan, Howrah, continues to manufacture high-quality Fly Ash Bricks and other concrete products while serving customers across Eastern India.
In 2026, Harden Bricks commissioned its state-of-the-art Greenfield Manufacturing Facility at Q Industrial Park, Delhi Road.
Spread across 3 acres, the plant is equipped with the Columbia SPM-20, one of the world's most advanced hydraulic concrete product manufacturing systems. The facility combines cutting-edge automation, precision engineering, and stringent quality control processes to manufacture premium precast concrete products with exceptional strength, dimensional accuracy, surface finish, and durability.
The plant has an installed production capacity of 100,000 hydraulic concrete pavers per day (1 lakh pavers/day), making it one of the largest and most technologically advanced facilities in the region.
Today, Harden Bricks has a combined production capacity exceeding 3 million concrete pavers per month, in addition to manufacturing Fly Ash Bricks, Kerb Stones, Concrete Blocks, Grass Pavers, Hollow Blocks, U-Drains, Retaining Wall Blocks, and other custom precast concrete products.
To ensure efficient logistics and faster deliveries, the company has made significant investments in advanced material-handling equipment, including three Palfinger truck-mounted cranes, enabling safe, efficient, and timely dispatches to project sites.
